He was one of the key pillars of the company, who joined as an agency manager (sales manager) back in 2002, and moved up the ladder step-by-step. He served as a branch manager, regional training manager, head of product development, market management and other roles. Over the years, he was responsible for setting up profit centers, recruitment of agency managers, meeting sales targets, mentoring sales managers, product ideation, launches, communication, brand strategy, overall marketing calendar and others.
Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, he used to run his own set-up offering b-2-b printing solutions.
Bhattacharjee is a well-known name in the insurance industry and has now started his own consultancy.
