Avinash is the CEO of ABP Network since January 2019. Before that he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Group for over 7 years. He has over 25 years of experience in News Media.

He is on the Board of the News Broadcasters Association of India and Mobile Marketing Association of India. A true industry specialist, he is also a Director at the International Advertising Association and a former Director of the Indian Broadcasting Foundation. Avinash is the proud recipient of several prestigious awards and felicitations including The News Television CEO of the Year – 2019 Award and Business Leader of the Year – 2018 Award.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he also holds a degree in History and a postgraduate degree in Modern Indian History from Delhi University.
