RIL plans to acquire additional 26% stake in Hathway Cable and Datacom

Reliance Industries (RIL) and its group companies have announced an open offer to acquire an additional 26 per cent stake in Hathway Cable and Datacom, after receiving the approval from Competition Commission of India (CCI), according to a new article in the Press Trust of India.

Reliance Brands acquires Rhea Retail for $30 million

Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Brands Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, has acquired Rhea Retail Pvt. Ltd. Reliance acquired 100 per cent stake in the company for $30 million (Rs 203.46 crore)in an all cash deal.
