Bombay, Telangana HCs yet to decide on TRAI tariff cases

Cases have been filed in various courts across the country and while the Calcutta High Court has vacated the stay on the case and the Gujarat High Court has asked for a response from TRAI, the Bombay and Telangana courts are yet to decide on similar petitions.

TRAI says no blackout of TV channels on 29 December

Speculations have been rife about a complete blackout of TV channels on December 29 following the Supreme Court orders of implementing a new tariff regime, as the system allegedly is not ready for such a big move.

Hathway to target existing users for new OTT, cable hybrid STBs
