  • FOODFOOD concentrating more on International Market this year

    Mumbai: FOODFOOD, India?s No.1 Food and Lifestyle channel is now focusing on strengthening its reach in International markets. It launched in Rogers Cable Network in Canada on December 2012 and increased presence there by launching in Cogeco, Telus and Bell platforms during last four months. Launch in many more international markets are in pipeline.

    The channel is launched in Qatar through Asia Plus package on the QTEL QATAR Mosaic Platform and upcoming Mosaic Fibre Platform. FOODFOOD has been available in UAE through E- Vision IPTV Platform since Aug 2011.

    Commenting on international plans, Sanjeev Kapoor, promoter of the channel said, ?FOODFOOD is loved by Indians and has grown in India in no time. India being known as land of spices, Indian food is liked internationally as well. Considering the demand for Indian recipes and keeping our promise to provide everything related to food, we decided to focus more on international market this year.?

    In India, in addition to key MSOs across the country, the channel is available on all major DTH platforms - Videocon d2h, Airtel Digital TV and Tata Sky. It is available in both analog and digital platforms pan India. All the shows on FOODFOOD are produced and shot in scintillating high definition.

    This year, FOODFOOD has also launched many new shows such as Cook Smart, Maa Ki Dal in addition to the start of new seasons of the shows Mummy Ka Magic, Health Maange More, Sanjeev Kapoor?s Kitchen etc.

  • FoodFood launches CEO Brunch on Sundays

    MUMBAI: FoodFood, the food specialty channel, is launching a new show this year lifestyle and entertainment channel FoodFood recently launched the show ?CEO Brunch?. The show will be aired every Sunday at 12.30 pm on the channel FoodFood.

    The show is hosted and produced by Deepti Bhatnagar and focuses on famous CEOs of prominent Indian and MNC corporates exploring their life through the lens of food, peppered with anecdotes and a journey down memory lane. The CEOs will be also be seen cooking along with charming host Deepti Bhatnagar. There is even a surprise element in the show where the CEO meets the people who made food special in their lives.

    Mumbai: FOODFOOD, India?s most gastronomically loaded lifestyle and entertainment channel commenced its new show ?FOOD This Week? featuring the channel?s own Food editor, Chef Rakesh Sethi. This new show will highlight fresh happenings and information on food and food related products and events. FOOD This Week is a weekly show airing every Saturday at 1pm.

    The show will cover the gamut of food - from openings of new restaurants across India, and launches of new food products to suggestions of where to find healthy food etc, from interviews with leading chefs and food industry personnel and updates on FOODFOOD shows to recommendations for good utensils for cooking, new kitchen consumables and more.

    Chef Rakesh Sethi , kicking off the show FOOD This Week, also hosts the show ?Tea Time? on the FOODFOOD channel. Tea Time is a half hour show, where the Chef shares his experiences and experiments in the kitchen by creating simple, yet delicious and lip smacking International and Indian recipes that can be served during ?Tea Time? or any snack time. Tea Time is aired at 11 AM & 4 PM from Monday to Thursday.
