EPIC On signs strategic content integration deals with leading global brands

Xiaomi’s Mi LED TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick users get access to EPIC On’s premium content

MUMBAI: Known for its premium India-centric infotainment content, EPIC Channel’s OTT Platform, EPIC On, has tied up with Xiaomi’s Mi LED TV for a strategic content partnership. EPIC On app is now available as an offering for all Mi TV Patchwall users; featuring across all channels of VIP, Regional, etc.

EPIC On hosts content from EPIC TV’s content library along with a selection of carefully curated content, which focuses on the premise of ‘India’s Storytellers’ and offers an engaging experience for its audiences.

Speaking on the association, EPIC Channel head - content syndication and acquisition Adita Jain said, “As creators of premium content we are very focused on creating, as well as delivering high quality content for our viewers. We are very glad to partner with Mi TV Patchwall, as they are known to offer a great content experience with their evolved technology offerings.”

Speaking on the association, Xiaomi India category lead - Mi TV Eshwar Nilakantan said, “We are excited to further extend our content offerings for our Mi fans with the partnership with EPIC On. Xiaomi aims to deliver innovative technology to everyone at a truly honest pricing and we believe our intuitive Patchwall accentuates the user experience of all Mi TV users .We are hopeful that with our collaboration with EPIC On, we will be able to bring more exciting and fresh content to our users.”

Users of PatchWall can now subscribe to EPIC On and access its many popular shows like ‘Stories By Rabindranath Tagore’ directed by film maker Anurag Basu; ‘Mid-Wicket Tales with Naseeruddin Shah’; mythological court room drama, ‘Dharmakshetra’; ‘Umeed India’ with ace cricketer Virender Sehwag; ‘Sharanam’ with Juhi Chawla; ‘Raja, Rasoi aur Andaz Anokha’ hosted by renowned chef Ranveer Brar; Sakshi Tanwar’s ‘Tyohaar Ki Thaali’, among others.

Apart from Xiaomi’s Mi TV, EPIC On is also available on leading platforms like Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV and Android TV.
