Fifth Indian Telly Awards jury meeting begins

MUMBAI: It was on 11 August that Indiantelevision.com founder Anil Wanvari hosted judging for two categories - Comedy and non-scripted entertainment - with an all-Indian jury of the International Emmy Awards in Mumbai.

29 August saw the flagging off of the judging for the Fifth Indian Telly Awards - for two batches of awards - the programming and technical awards.
 
 

17 Indian television professionals involved in editing, direction, management , acting, cinematography, scripting and special effects are judging as 16 programming categories and 22 technical categories till 2 September in a suburban hotel in Mumbai.
 
 

Indiantelevision.com will constitute other juries to judge, shortlist and nominate other categories of awards including lifetime contribution to television, popular performance awards.

Around 1,700 entries have been received this year in all categories.
