MUMBAI: CNN-IBN, the 24-hour English general news channel, has lined up a four part special show State of the Nation. The show will be anchored by Rajdeep Sardesai and the psephologist Yogendra Yadav.
The State of Nation will showcase various aspects which includes, The Big Political Forecast, Relationships and Family Value, Muslims of India and Nationalism: The Big One.
The show will feature the findings of the opinion polls across the country. The channel will telecast the first three episodes on 23 January at 9:30 pm, 24 January at 10 pm and 25 January at 10 pm While, the final episode will be telecast on the Republic Day at 9:30 pm
Conducted by Centre for Study of Developmental Studies (CSDS), over 15000 respondents from various strata of the Indian society have given their opinion ranging from political, social, cultural and even personal matters. CNN-IBN will attempt to present the true picture of contemporary India.
