MUMBAI: In a bid to increase viewer cachet, Discovery US has announced that next month it will launch the reality series No Opportunity Wasted (Now).

The series is based on the personal philosophy of veteran television host and adventurer Phil Keoghan The Amazing Race.

Each week Keoghan will challenge people to create the once-in-a- lifetime experiences they've always imagined for themselves. Participants, selected from a search across America will be given a completely clear schedule for 72 hours, and $3,000 in seed money.
 

After this initial push, however, it is ultimately up to each person to make their dreams happen. Those selected for the series do not know they have been chosen until Keoghan literally shows up on their doorstep or walks into their cubicle at work. After accepting the Now challenge, their 72 hours begin on the spot.
