Cartoon Network UK signs deal with Warner Bros.

Toon channel Cartoon Network has announced the signing of a deal with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution for over 600 half hours of programming to air on Cartoon Network UK.

An official release informs that Cartoon Network's package includes animated series, movies and specials including the new Scooby-Doo series as well as several series currently in production from Warner Bros. Animation, which claims to be one of the world's premiere animation studios.

Cartoon Network's family of channels, Cartoon Network, Cartoon Network Plus and Boomerang, are available on localised feeds in nine languages on digital and analogue satellite, cable and DTT in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It is operated by Turner Broadcasting System Europe Limited, an AOL Time Warner Company.
