McDonald's, Coke unleash month long campaign with Sehwag

MUMBAI: Coca Cola and McDonald's have got together to give Mumbai kids a rare chance to play with cricketing sensation Virendra Sehwag.

 
As part of a month long promotion, the fast food giant alongwith the soft drink major will be attracting a host of cricket enthusiasts. Sehwag, will be an active part of this promotional campaign.

Speaking on the occasion, McDonald's joint venture partner and managing director Amit Jatia said, "At McDonald's we regularly introduce new activities for our young customers. Cricket being one of the most popular sports with kids, we decided to initiate a program which would excite one and all."

 
 
A special kids festival Toy Fest organized by Mcdonald's offered an opportunity to young enthusiasts to grab on toys they had missed out on earlier. Along came a thrilling promotion – Cricket, which was valid at all McDonald's outlets in Mumbai.
 
 
The campaign – ' Happy Meal eating... Sehwag ko Meeting' had four merchandise - bat, ball, skipper and 3D card autographed by Sehwag, along with a Happy Meal toy.
