MUMBAI: International media company, Zone Vision has signed a deal with Travel Satellite Television (TSTV) for carrying a branded block of programming from the Reality TV channel.

This news comes a week after Zone Vision added Singapore to Reality TV's footprint in Asia. In India, Reality TV is on the Zee Turner bouquet.

The new deal for consumption in China means that Reality TV is available to 80 million households. Under the terms of the five-year agreement, the block will air daily on prime time beginning next month on TSTV. The Reality TV block will be added as part of TSTV's re-launch. The block will be ad supported and dubbed in Mandarin.

Zone Vision chairman Chris Wronski added, "TSTV is an ambitious satellite-delivered channel which is very forward-thinking in terms of programming. They were receptive to Reality TV from the beginning and with this deal, have reinforced the fact that this channel has truly become a global brand."

TSTV CEO Guo Ying added, "We have been aggressively pursuing ways in which our channel could attract the much-sought new, affluent Chinese. Reality TV is the embodiment of the type of programming this sector wants from TV entertainment."

"We are very pleased to be able to add this worldwide brand to the channel and anticipate a positive response from our viewers."
