Turner heads Down Under for new comic reality show

TURNER

MUMBAI: 12 beautiful women in the rugged Aussie outback lust after a prima donna. That is the tantalising scenario that Turner Broadcasting Station (TBS) promises its American viewers this June.

The reality comic show in question is called Outback Jack and stars Vadim Dale as the desirable man. Women will not have it easy as they will have to endure the harsh realities of Australia's unforgiving Outback wilderness. The show kicks off on TBS on 22 June.

In the US, TBS also airs comedies like Seinfeld, Friends, Sex and the City, Everybody Loves Raymond and Yes Dear.

The show has been produced by Bruce Nash's Nash Entertainment, who also made shows like Meet My Folks, For Love or Money, Who Wants To Marry My Dad?.

The show will comprise eight episodes. The man roughs it out and expects the woman he chooses to do likewise. The target, as with all the other above mentioned comedies, is young adults. Dale is only 28 years old and stays in East Melbourne.
