Hallmark Channel bags 2 wins and 9 nominations at the Emmy Awards

MUMBAI: At the recent 57th Emmy Awards held at the Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium, the Hallmark channel was honoured with two wins from a list of nine nominations acknowledging the high quality productions available on the Hallmark Channel.

 
 
 

The productions on the Hallmark Channel awarded with Emmys are:

  • Frankenstein for outstanding makeup for a miniseries, Movie or a Special (Non-Prosthetic)
  • A Christmas Carol: The musical for outstanding music direction

These accolades are testament to the channel’s high standards of production applied to create great stories for viewers to enjoy and remember.

These titles join past winners and nominees such as Frank Herbert’s Children of Dune, Homeless to Harvard, Gleason, Out of the Ashes, Dinotopia, The Rosa Parks Story, Jack and the Beanstalk : The Real Story, Anne Rice’s the Feast of All Saints, Alice In Wonderland, Cleopatra, The Temptations, Moby Dick, Merlin, Gulliver’s Travels, Odyssey, What the Deaf Man Heard, Scarlett, To Dance with the White Dog, A Place for Annie, Animal Farm, Arabian Nights (Part 2), Don Quixote, Jason and the Argonauts, P. T. Barnum, The Magical Legend of the Leprechauns, and The 10th Kingdom.
