MUMBAI: MeeVee Inc., the developer of personalized programming search and recommendation engines, has signed a strategic agreement with the NBC Television Network. Under the terms of this deal, the NBC Television Network will provide video clips of its shows to be made available on the MeeVee program guide at http://www.meevee.com.

The video assets acquired from the NBC Television Network will help MeeVee deliver on its strategy to become the premium provider of innovative television search by enabling an integrated multimedia experience for NBC Television Network programming. By providing content to MeeVee, the NBC Television Network will benefit from extended audience exposure to its expansive programming offerings, states an official release.

"In addition to exposing our programming to new viewers, MeeVee can also provide loyal viewers added value and enjoyment by allowing them to quickly navigate through NBC programming and locate the exact program information they want with ease and speed," NBC Universal Television, Interactive Development, V-P Steve Andrade said.

To provide consumers with the best possible TV and video search capabilities, we need to deliver comprehensive TV video search listings and recommendations with multimedia capabilities," Meevee Inc. With the addition of NBC, more than 300 strategic media partners currently provide content to Meevee.com.
