MUMBAI: Media conglomerate Zee Telefilms and the Zee group controlled ETC Network Ltd separately informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today that they will hold board meetings to consider corporate restructuring.
 
 
Zee Telefilms Ltd has informed that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on 15 December to consider issues relating to corporate restructuring and consolidation.

In a seperate release to the BSE, ETC Networks Ltd also informed that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on the same day to consider, inter alia, corporate restructuring plans of the company.
