MUMBAI: Solid Entertainment, an expanding worldwide distributor of factual programming, headquartered in the US, has announced the acquisition of three new risk-oriented documentary titles from documentary production company Pacific Coast Video.

The titles will be available for the first time at Mipcom 2004 to be held in Cannes from 4 October to 8 October.

According to an official release, these new titles include Con Artist, Beating Vegas: Inside the MIT Card Counting Story and The Rescue Warriors: Inside the World of Para- Rescuemen.

Announcing the deal, Solid Entertainment founder and CEO Richard Propper said, "Solid Entertainment is continually working to acquire the best documentary entertainment available and we are very pleased to be adding these new titles to our library."

Con Artist is a 50-minutes documentary portraying one of the greatest art frauds ever: Two men imitating the styles of modern artists, selling the forged works as originals. Beating Vegas: Inside the MIT Card Counting Story is based on the New York Times best seller entitled Bringing Down the House. The Rescue Warriors documents the challenges, agonies and triumphs of the men who strive to become Air Force para rescuemen.
