MaXposure Media Group (India) acquires the license for FHM India from Next Gen Publishing Ltd

MUMBAI: MaXposure Media Group (I) Pvt Ltd, a publishing house that produces a bouquet of lifestyle, special interest and custom magazines, has acquired the license for men?s magazine FHM India from Next Gen Publishing Ltd, a publisher of special interest magazines, for an undisclosed amount.

FHM is owned by Bauer Media. Bauer Media is a division of the Bauer Media Group, Europe?s largest privately owned publishing group. The group is a worldwide media empire publishing over 230 magazines in 15 countries as well as online media, TV and radio stations.

FHM became part of the Bauer Media Group in January 2008 following acquisition of Emap Plc?s consumer and specialist magazines, radio, TV, online and digital businesses. Collectively, the group employs some 6,400 people and had a 2008 turnover of 2.08 billion Euros.

FHM is one of the world‘s biggest men?s lifestyle brands and FHM.com is Europe?s biggest men?s lifestyle website. The brand has 25 international print editions and a strong global presence both online and through mobile phone downloads.

FHM informs and excites readers on a variety of topics including entertainment, technology and fashion, all delivered with its unique brand values of Funny, Sexy, Useful and Relevant kept in mind. Its core audience are educated, discerning men in their twenties and thirties who work hard and play hard and appreciate the brand?s informed and educated opinion and its celebration of the world?s most beautiful women.
