Vivek Krishnani moves from Radio City to Turner

MUMBAI: Vivek Krishnani has quit his post as marketing head of Radio City.
Krishnani, who was with the MBPL promoted FM radio station since its inception over two years ago, has moved to Turner. Acknowledging the career shift, Krishnani said he has joined Turner on 27 April.
Krishnani has been designated director, marketing, for Cartoon Network. To be based in Mumbai, Krishnani is currently undergoing his induction training in Hong Kong. According to sources, he will be reporting to Nikhil Mirchandani, who is currently executive director, strategic marketing, India. Turner, which saw the exit of associate director, marketing, Reshma Malhotra, earlier this year, has a challenge on its hands with the impending entry of at least a couple of children's channels this year, including the UTV promoted Hungama.
