MUMBAI: Sonali Iyer will be joining Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Networks (SABTNL) as ad sales vice president for north and west India. Iyer will assume office on 27 September and will report to SABTNL national ad sales president Kanta Advani.

While confirming the news, Advani says: "Sonali and I have worked together in Zee TV. She will fill the void created by the departure of Sandeep Singh (designated as vice president) earlier this year. Now, we have three people in the western region, four to cover north India and one in south India." Advani also offers that she will soon have a full fledged sales team in east India.

Iyer is a commerce graduate and has obtained her masters degree in business administration. She has a decade of experience which includes stints in Zee TV (five years) and Prime Time (five years). In Zee, she was part of the Zee Cinema team in addition to handling sales responsibilities of the flagship channel.
