MUMBAI: Radio City regional ad sales head West & East Rajesh Chakrabarti has moved to UTV as national ad sales head. He will be based out of Mumbai.
"I will be handling airtime sales for Sun and DD, Hungama Television and content syndication and acquisition in UTV," Chakrabarti told indiantelevision.com. He is expected to join UTV by the end of this month.
 
 
Chakrabarti joined Radio City in October 2003. Before that, he was with credit insurance firm Coface India in the capacity of Country deputy GM.
 
 
Chakrabarti started his career with ORG Kolkata in 1994. He moved to Mumbai in 1995 to join Ananda Bazaar Patrika as group head. Then in 1999, he joined Modi Entertainment to handle operations of Buena Vista Television.
