MUMBAI: Qibla Cola Company Ltd, the UK based soft drink company, has been invited to speak at theUK Soft Drinks Industry Conference to be held on 6 May at the New Connaught Rooms in Central London.

 
The conference will address the role of soft drinks in society, with key speakers from major soft drinks companies including; Coca Cola, Pepsi and Britvic in attendance.

Qibla Cola has been asked to deliver a speech on the new cola agenda, confirms a press release.

"The Qibla Cola Company is here to provide all people of conscience with an alternate brand of popular soft drinks - a real alternative", commented Qibla Cola chief communications officer Abid Hussain, who will be speaking at the conference.

He further added, "This is a hundred year old industry where change is required, continued social pressures and changing lifestyles will ensure an increase in choice. Qibla Cola is leading this change as the ethical choice for the consumer with a conscience."

The conference will be attended by leading industry figures, and by the industry's main customer groups.
