 Viacom is conducting due diligence and equity purchase would mean ETV GECs get housed under Viacom18; the global media giant can buy 50% of ETV’s Marathi, Bangla, Kannada, Gujarati and Oriya GECs while 24.5% is available of ETV Telugu.

Demand for TV transponders to triple in five years: PwC
