Postpone 12-minute ad cap deadline to Dec 2014: I&B minister Manish Tewari
The minister has heeded the broadcast industry plea that the ad cap should follow cable TV digitisation and suggested that the TRAI advance the deadline from 1 October 2013 to 1 Dec 2014.
