IRS Q3: C&S and Internet reach up, cinema drops

As per Q3 IRS data released by MRUC and Hansa Research, C&S sector total reach up 15.8% while Internet sector up by 42%; Radio and Cinema fall by 3.9% & 7.1% respectively.
