Netflix has announced the return of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa for a second season, following a landmark first outing that became a cultural phenomenon and a constant source of conversation both on and off screen. The homegrown reality format returns for another captivating season full of survival trays and kharcha paani, with Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan back as jailers.

The announcement came from Mumbai on September 29, 2026. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor and Manisha Sharma, and showrun by Malaya Pradhan, the new season promises to blur the lines between spectacle and vulnerability. New inmates are set to assemble.
