Wipro Consumer Care buys Good Home and Eva brands for Rs 256 crore
Acquisition strengthens home and personal care portfolio with two established brands
MUMBAI: Wipro is adding a little more sparkle to its shopping basket and this time it’s coming with a fresh scent. Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has acquired the Good Home and Eva brands from TTK Healthcare Ltd for Rs 256 crore, strengthening its footprint in the fast-growing home care and personal care markets.
The acquisition, announced on Thursday, marks Wipro Consumer Care’s 17th acquisition as the company continues to expand into categories benefiting from rising hygiene awareness, premiumisation and changing consumer lifestyles.
Good Home operates in the home care segment with products such as air fresheners, odour removers, scrubbers and drain cleaners, while Eva is an established deodorant brand. Together, the two brands generated Rs 148 crore in revenue during FY26.
Commenting on the deal, Kumar Chander, Chief Executive Officer of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and Managing Director of Wipro Enterprises, said the acquisition builds on the company’s strategy of expanding through established consumer brands.
“We look forward to building on the equity these brands have created over the years and unlocking new opportunities through continued innovation, wider market reach and sustained investment in brand development,” Chander said.
Neeraj Khatri, Chief Executive of Wipro Consumer Care, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term strategy of strengthening its presence across the home care and personal care categories.
“The addition of Good Home and Eva is a strategic step in strengthening our presence in the home care and personal care categories. Both brands enjoy strong consumer trust and distinct market positions, making them a natural fit for our portfolio,” Khatri said.
He added that the two brands would help the company address everyday consumer needs while supporting its long-term growth ambitions.
From the seller’s side, TT Raghunathan, Executive Chairman of TTK Healthcare Ltd, said Wipro Consumer Care’s experience in scaling acquired brands makes it well placed to take Good Home and Eva into their next phase of growth.
Following the completion of the transaction, Wipro Consumer Care said it will retain the individual identity of both brands while investing in wider distribution, product innovation and brand development. The company also plans to leverage its manufacturing, research and development, marketing and distribution capabilities to accelerate their long-term growth.
The acquisition underscores Wipro Consumer Care’s continued appetite for inorganic expansion as it seeks to deepen its presence in India’s fast-evolving FMCG market, where trusted brands and premium product categories are increasingly driving consumer demand.
