SEMICON India 2026 to be held in Delhi from September 17–19, media registration opens
Fifth edition to bring semiconductor industry leaders together from September 17-19
MUMBAI: The semiconductor spotlight is getting ready to shine, and media registration for SEMICON India 2026 is now open.
The fifth edition of the semiconductor conference and exhibition will take place from September 17 to 19 at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention and Expo Centre in New Delhi, under the theme “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem”.
Media professionals looking to attend can register through the official SEMICON India registration portal. Applicants need to create an account by selecting “Visitors” on the “Register Now” page. After logging in, they can enter their basic details and select “Media” as their registration category.
Applicants can also indicate whether they would like to attend the inaugural event on September 17. Attendance at the opening event will be subject to final confirmation and availability.
The organisers have also published a Programme at a Glance, allowing visitors and media professionals to explore the event’s keynotes, workshops and panel discussions ahead of the conference.
SEMICON India is positioned as a flagship platform for India’s semiconductor and electronics ambitions, bringing together companies, investors, technology leaders, policymakers and talent from across the global ecosystem.
The event is jointly organised by the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, and SEMI.
The conference aims to encourage collaboration across the semiconductor value chain, with discussions spanning innovation, manufacturing, investment and talent development.
Its broader objective is aligned with India’s push to establish itself as a trusted global hub for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. As the country works to build domestic capabilities across chip design, manufacturing, packaging and related technologies, the event is expected to provide a platform for industry and government to discuss the next phase of that expansion.
With the fifth edition arriving under the “Silicon to Systems” theme, the focus is set to extend beyond chips themselves to the wider ecosystem needed to turn semiconductor ambitions into a functioning industrial base.
SEMICON India 2026 will run from September 17 to 19 at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi, with media registration now underway.
