Hyundai Explorers Carnival 2026 to roll out across five cities from October
Third edition will bring Hyundai owners and families together for experiences and entertainment
GURUGRAM: Hyundai Motor India is taking its customer engagement programme on the road, with the third edition of the Hyundai Explorers Carnival set to travel across five cities between October and December 2026.
The carnival will begin in Pune on 3 October, followed by events in Lucknow, Ludhiana, Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad. The initiative is exclusively designed for Hyundai customers and their families, with the company expecting thousands of participants across the five cities.
Now in its third season, the Hyundai Explorers Carnival is positioned as an extension of the ownership experience, bringing customers together beyond their vehicles through entertainment, family activities and community interactions.
Nilesh Shah, national head, service, Hyundai Motor India, said customer experiences remain an important part of the company’s approach to ownership.
“Meaningful customer experiences are an integral part of Hyundai’s philosophy,” said Hyundai Motor India national head, service Nilesh Shah.
He added that the carnival has evolved into a platform where Hyundai customers and their families can celebrate shared experiences, build memories and strengthen their connection with the brand.
The 2026 edition will combine family entertainment, live experiences, food and community activities under one roof.
Participants can expect interactive games and activities for families, live performances and on-ground attractions, along with curated food and hospitality experiences. The event will also give Hyundai owners an opportunity to meet and interact with fellow customers.
The carnival will additionally feature exclusive activities, surprises and rewards for attendees, adding a few unexpected turns to the day’s programme.
According to Hyundai Motor India, the initiative is aimed at making the ownership journey more engaging by creating experiences that extend beyond the vehicle itself.
The company said the latest edition reflects its continued focus on strengthening customer relationships as expectations around automotive ownership evolve.
Rather than limiting the relationship to vehicle sales and after-sales service, Hyundai Explorers Carnival is designed as a community platform where customers and their families can spend time together and engage with the brand in a more informal setting.
Customers in the five participating cities can register for the carnival through the Hyundai Explorers Carnival website.
The 2026 edition will therefore take the Hyundai customer experience beyond the showroom and onto the carnival ground, with Pune kicking off the five-city journey on 3 October.
