Eureka Forbes launches four-hour delivery, installation and exchange service
‘4 Ghante Mein Itna Kuch’ service combines appliance delivery, installation and exchange in one window
MUMBAI: Four hours, one old appliance out and a new one in Eureka Forbes is looking to make home upgrades less of a waiting game. The health and hygiene brand has launched ‘4 Ghante Mein Itna Kuch’, a D2C service that brings delivery, installation and old-appliance exchange together within a single four-hour window.
The proposition is designed to simplify the appliance upgrade process by allowing consumers to receive and install a new product while handing over their existing appliance, rather than navigating each step separately.
Available exclusively through the Eureka Forbes D2C platform on selected SKUs, the service currently operates across Delhi NCR and covers three categories water purifiers, air purifiers and vacuum cleaners.
The company plans to take the service to other metro cities over the coming months, although it has not specified a city-wise rollout timeline. The proposition is backed by a campaign of the same name that uses family humour and familiar Indian household situations to turn the otherwise routine business of replacing an appliance into a lighter, more relatable story.
Anurag Kumar, Chief Growth Officer, Eureka Forbes, said the service is aimed at removing the wait between buying an appliance and actually being able to use it by combining delivery, installation and exchange within four hours.
The D2C push comes as appliance brands increasingly look beyond the product itself and compete on the experience surrounding a purchase. For Eureka Forbes, the pitch is straightforward: when the upgrade takes four hours, the old appliance gets its exit and the new one gets to work on the same clock.
