Scientific-Atlanta
has commenced licensing its cable TV tap technology.
It has granted a license to PCT International, a cable
technology manufacturer and subsidiary of Andes Industries.
As per the agreement, PCT will manufacture its own line
of taps using Scientific-Atlanta's patented power-passing
technology and trademarked design. More
