BENGALURU: The Bibhu Prasad Rath-headed regional cable television and broadband internet player Ortel Communications Ltd has reported a 24.6 percent growth in revenue from operations at Rs 45.79 crore as in the quarter ended 30 September 2015 as compared to the Rs 36.74 crore in the corresponding year ago quarter.
