Thailand’s Chuo Senko enters India via JV with DDB Mudra
The two agency networks set up Chuo Senko India Co Ltd, 51% owned by Chuo Senko (46% through Chuo Senko and 5% through Ad India Ltd) and 49% by DDB Mudra; launch likely this month itself.

Mathrubhumi to invest Rs 500 mn in news and music channel
The Malayalam news channel to be called Mathrubhumi News & launch on 23 Jan; the speciality channel Kappa TV to go on air from 1 Feb. UPDATED!
