Garnering weekly AMAs of 2844.59 ('000s), Sun TV emerged as the most viewed channel in Broadcast Audience Research Council (Barc) week 40 (2 to 8 October 2021). The Tamil GEC replaced Star Plus which had been ruling the position for the past two weeks. Star Plus slipped to the second spot with 2788.88 AMA.
