Mubadala to invest Rs 9,093.60 crore in Jio Platforms  
Reliance Industries Ltd and digital services platform Jio Platforms announced today that Abu Dhabi-based sovereign investor Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), will invest Rs 9,093.60 crore in Jio Platforms at an equity value of Rs 4.91 lakh crore and an enterprise value of Rs 5.16 lakh crore.

All the big four broadcasters that pulled out of DD Free Dish in 2019 after the new tariff order was implemented have come back on Prasar Bharati's free direct-to-home (DTH) platform. Star Utsav, Sony Pal, Zee Anmol, Colors Rishtey and Zee Anmol Cinema have successfully bid on the 45th e-auction for placement.
