A
committee formed by Assam Power
will decide how much cable ops
will have to pay for monthly use
of its electricity poles, since
the latter have protested against
the Rs 25 fee which it has proposed.
The
study says the heavily burdened sector needs
some clarity to allow companies to merge;
share, trade and sell unutilised assets; and
a liberalisation of spectrum.
