NEW DELHI: Zee 24 Ghanta has announced a comprehensive programming line-up to bring “encyclopaedic coverage” of the West Bengal Assembly elections to its viewers. The robust program schedule comprises of 13 new shows spanning over 2,700 hours. 

Indian Institute of Hotel Management, Macho, Asian Paints, Ajanta Footwear, Shyam Steel & Star Cement are partnering with the channel as the co-presenters apart from Cookme as the special partner, for the coverage.

The shows include, Theke-Theke Thoka-Thuki — reporters will interact and collect perspectives of voters through on spot interviews; Vote Sorjomin-e — a hardcore political show where a bevvy of 120+ seasoned reporters shall visit and provide in-depth coverage of the aspirations, struggles, complaints and grievances of the people from various corners of West Bengal; Banglar Ray — a district-based panel discussion consisting of politicians, intellectuals  and common people from 18 districts; Mark sheet will provide an assessment of major constituencies from the voters’ point of view. Shows such as, Paaye Paaye Prochar, Vote Viral, women-centric show and others will add flavour to the exciting line-up. Moreover, one of the most prominent faces of the news circuit, editor Anjan Bandopadhyay is spearheading the coverage with the flagship program, Apnar Ray with Anjan at 8 pm daily, the channel shared in a release.
