‘Aap Ki Adalat’ will now be accessible for differently-abled persons

The campaign features a young special needs girl Varsha

Mumbai : For people with disabilities, India TV's iconic show Aap Ki Adalat will now be available on their YouTube channel. The initiative is consistent with the networks' emphasis on inclusiveness and fairness for people with disabilities.

The network has also created a campaign that features Varsha, a young special needs girl who can be seen narrating the show in sign language. Varsha was offered a role in actor Sonu Sood's next film as a result of this advertisement. Sonu, who appeared in an episode of Aap Ki Adalat this season, interacted with Varsha on the show, which helped to create opportunities for differently abled artists.

On this development, Aap Ki Adalat host Rajat Sharma said, "media and entertainment should be accessible to all." Also, it should be a source of employment opportunities for the special needs community. I hope that through this drive, we can spread the message of inclusivity and equity especially for those with different needs.”

Aap Ki Adalat is one of the longest-running shows in Indian television history. It is a platform where prime ministers, politicians, movie stars, and singers have all appeared. In terms of the India TV network, it has set new standards in terms of innovation, impact, ratings, time spent, and viewer support in a relatively short period of time.
