GRB inks deal with Discovery for two factual shows

MUMBAI: GRB Entertainment has inked deals with Discovery for their Latin American and US Hispanic audiences. Discovery has acquired four seasons of Untold Stories of the ER for its US Hispanic feed and four seasons of competition cooking series BBQ Pitmasters for Latin America.

“GRB Entertainment has a long, close relationship with Discovery around the world and we are pleased to bring additional seasons of our top shows to their Latin American and Hispanic viewers. Untold Stories of the ER continues to thrill even more Discovery viewers, after the recent acquisition of five seasons of the series and ten themed Specials for Latin America. And, after enjoying success in earlier seasons, we are whetting Discovery Latin America’s appetite with additional seasons of BBQ Pitmasters,” said GRB Entertainment SVP - international distribution Mike Lolato. 

BBQ Pitmasters, produced for Discovery, takes viewers into the exciting world of competition barbecuing where the chefs put their saucy reputations on the line to earn thousands of dollars and an opportunity to take home the title of the nation’s best “Pitmaster.” Follow the best chefs as they reveal their secrets on how to grill like a pro.

Untold Stories of the ER opens the door to the secret world of hospital Emergency Rooms showcasing real doctors and their actual amazing, bizarre, and emotionally explosive stories dealing with life and death situations.
