MUMBAI: Diamonds are a girl’s best friend. Nothing could ring truer for charismatic mastermind, Debbie. As the estranged sister of conman Danny Ocean locks her eyes on a Cartier necklace, she recruits the best, sneakiest and stealthiest of women for the most legendary theft the world has ever seen. Get ready for the first-ever, all-female spin-off of the most successful heist franchises! HBO and HBO HD brings you the premier of Ocean’s 8, this Saturday, 20 April at 9pm and Sunday, 21 April 1pm.

Teaming up with her long-time partner, Lou played by Cate Blanchett, Academy Award-winner Sandra Bullock’s Debbie seeks to pull off this daring crime at the dazzling annual Met Gala in New York City. Her squad includes professionals with diverse talents – from an influential fashion designer, a jeweler, to a hacker, petty thief (of course) and more. What ensues is a classic yet complex heist, the kind that leaves the audience with chuckles and smirks.

For fans, this is a once-in-a-lifetime ensemble of talented actors combining their diverse, powerful skills on-screen together. Joining Blanchett and Bullock’s well-paired duo, are Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Poulson, Anne Hathaway, Awkwafina, and Rihanna, creating a perfect mélange of gifted skills and histrionics. Directed by Gary Ross and written by Ross and Olivia Milch, Ocean’s 8 offers a delectable con-caper with dollops of comedy.

To add to the excitement, fans can participate in cool social media engagement on HBO and HBO HD, and find out more through the channels’ association with radio channels Fever FM and Red FM in Mumbai and Delhi.

Rewriting the rules of one of the most loved movie series, Ocean’s 8 is movie of female rogues you don’t want to miss! Use the #Oceans8onHBO on social media to post your experience.
