I&B ministry recommends 5% cap on DTH platform services; TRAI stays firm at 3%

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is firm on its position to cap the number of platform services (PS) by DTH platforms to three per cent subject to a maximum of 15 channels.
