Sagar Dang takes associate director role at MakeMyTrip
Executive to integrate generative AI across transport ecosystem
NEW DELHI: Sagar Dang has been elevated to associate director – product management at MakeMyTrip, effective February 2026, and will lead the generative AI product charter at redBus, a group company.
In the newly carved-out role, Dang will integrate generative AI tools across the group’s transport ecosystem, aiming to transform user experience, automate customer journeys and accelerate product innovation. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a former engineer at Wipro, Dang blends consulting rigour with product execution. His elevation reflects MakeMyTrip’s intent to anchor its next phase of travel growth in AI-led personalisation and automation.
