MUMBAI: Dheeraj Realty has appointed DDB Mudra Group to handle its creative mandate. Additionally, the 37 year old realty major has also roped in GolinOpinion (erstwhile LinOpinion GH) for online and offline PR as well as retained Activ Eight Dimensions for media planning.

Dheeraj Realty managing director Dheeraj Wadhawan said, “The decision to appoint the agencies is a significant step towards achieving our goal of strengthening our position as a luxury property developer and a leader in the sector. The agencies appointed are a perfect fit for the brand. They are known for the quality of work they deliver and resonate with our vision, values and thinking. We welcome all of them on board and look forward to building a long term relationship.”

DDB Mudra Group executive director Rajiv Sabnis added, “Dheeraj Realty has some really ambitious plans in the coming months. These are challenging but exciting projects and we get a distinct sense that Dheeraj Realty would like to make them count. A lot of detailed pre-work has been initiated behind the scenes and the seriousness of the intent, effort and the commitment to the plans is palpable. The restage of the brand through these important launches will be very customer-centric and focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, trust and confidence. We look forward to partnering them in this exciting journey.”

GolinOpinion president Kavita Lakhani opined, “Dheeraj Realty will be serviced by our Real Estate Practice that comprises senior professionals who have a deep sectoral understanding. We will be using ‘The Bridge’, our award-winning global network of real-time, digital media engagement center to help navigate the evolving social media landscape, and connect with influencers and customers.”

Active Eight Dimension managing director Hetin Sakhuja said, “We’re proud and privileged to be retained to handle the media buying responsibilities of Dheeraj Realty. It is indeed a testimony to the excellent work we have delivered over the years. We look forward to further building the brand and taking it to new heights.”
