Disney completes Pixar acquisition

Advancing its strategy of developing outstanding creative content, The Walt Disney Company president and CEO Robert A. Iger announced today that Disney has completed its acquisition of animation company Pixar. In the all-stock transaction, 2.3 Disney shares will be issued for each Pixar share.

'Oswald the Lucky Rabbit' returns to Disney from NBCc

MUMBAI: Disney president and CEO Robert A. Iger announced the return of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to The Walt Disney Company by agreement with NBC/Universal, the company that had previously owned the rights to Oswald since its theatrical debut in 1927.
