MUMBAI: M6 and CBS Studios International have extended their multi-year agreement to bring CBSSI?s series and feature films to the French audience.

This agreement continues the long-term programming partnership between the two companies that began with M6 acquiring the critically acclaimed series NCIS in 2003.

Other CBSSI series that have performed well for M6 include Medium, Numbers and more recently NCIS: L.A., Hawaii Five-O and The Good Wife.

CBS Studios International president Armando Nu?ez said, ?This long-term partnership has been mutually beneficial to both of our companies. M6 is a great fit for CBS?s programming and a strong broadcaster for bringing our series to the French audience.?

Groupe M6 chairman of the board Nicolas de Tavernost said, "I am confident that CBS Studios International will continue to provide the Groupe M6 with the top-quality programming that has helped us build a strong and competitive network."

The agreement covers TV and new media rights for all networks of Groupe M6.
