TRAI issues draft regulation to facilitate consumer choice of TV channels using API

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Friday issued the draft (Second Amendment) to the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations 2017.

TRAI extends deadline for comments on draft regulation on register of interconnection agreements

ZEEL introduces 4 new channel packs under TRAI tariff order

Broadcaster Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) has introduced four new packages under its revised Reference Interconnect Offer (RIO) taking its total bouquet offering up to 86 from 82. All the four bouquets are targeted at regional markets.
