MUMBAI: Hinduja Group's IndusInd Media and Communications Ltd (IMCL) has appointed K V Seshasayee as the director-in-charge of its Board.
Seshasayee has a successful track record of project management and organization building and was earlier the chairman of Fascel Ltd.
More recently, he was involved with setting up the business process outsourcing (BPO) operations of HTMT and has successfully headed the CAS task force for IMCL.
The company has also appointed Ramani Iyer, ex-chief general manager of MTNL, as in-charge of business support system, including customer care and processing.
With the introduction of new technologies, an IT infrastructure has also been put in place and senior professionals have also been recruited, according to an official release. The existing management team of IMCL remains in place, the release adds.
