The two agency networks set up Chuo Senko India Co Ltd, 51% owned by Chuo Senko (46% through Chuo Senko and 5% through Ad India Ltd) and 49% by DDB Mudra; launch likely this month itself.

Zeel acquires satellite rights of 35 Mukta Arts' films for Rs 250 mn
