FIPB approves Multi
Screen Media's proposal to acquire the stake of the
7 Indian promoters; MSM is making the payment in stages,
with $145 mn in the first tranche & the balance
$126 mn to be paid in three equal annual installments
starting from the fiscal year ending 31 March 2014.
This shows a growing
trend of big shows travelling to regional-language markets;
with Southern superstar Sudeep as the host of the show
that will air in March, the Kannada version will see
its local newsmakers and celebrities from all walks
of life entering the Bigg Boss House.
