This week on CNN's chat show Talk Asia 23-year-old tennis champion Roger Federer talks to host Lorraine Hahn in detail about his Grand Slam success and how he prepares for the matches, both mentally and physically. He describes himself as a natural at the sport; experts say he sees the ball coming even before it is shot.

Federer won three of the four Grand Slams this year. He says, "Well, you play a lot of tennis all the time and you get a feel for it. I think I have a natural talent for reading the game very well and the importance to use it. I've worked very hard in my condition to be faster, stronger and now everything's coming together."

Federer also talks about his childhood struggle with the choice between tennis and soccer as the sport to pursue. The programme airs on 9 October at 8:30 am, 8 pm, 11 pm and on 10 October at 4 pm, 8:30 pm.
